Meet Maghen and Kyle from Pennsylvania! They have four children 9 year old Natalie, 7 year old Caroline, 4 year old Savannah, and 2 year old Graham.
What’s your musical background?
I [Maghen] grew up singing and teaching myself basic music.
Anything fun or unique you’d like to share about your family?
We thoroughly enjoy new adventures! Since we homeschool our schedule is very flexible and gives us the opportunity to check out new places. We also enjoy reaching out to our community and helping our neighborhood feel more like family.
How do you structure piano lessons/practice for your family? Any tips to share?
We have one set day for lessons and then I have each child practice their songs 3 times each per day.
How did you learn about Busy Moms/Kids Do Piano?
I spent some time praying about piano lessons and I happened to read an advertisement on Facebook. I’m so thankful I chose to purchase the lifetime membership! It has been such a blessing to our family! The flexibility and depth of study are amazing!
Do you have any stories you’d like to share about your musical journey with piano lessons?
Not only are my children learning to play piano, but I get the privilege of learning right along side them!
What is your goal with having your child learn to play the piano?
My goal is to broaden their understanding of the world around them. Music adds such depth to life and Busy Kids gives them a solid foundation I’m so thankful for!
